Salata cu naut

Am mancat pentru prima data naut boabe :) Si mi-a placut. Am facut o salata delicioasa, bogata in proteine si vitamina C.

Ingrediente:
naut
porumb boabe
fasole alba
masline
ardei capia
ceapa rosie

Se amesteca ingredientele si se condimenteaza cu ulei de masline, sare, piper, chilli, seminte de in maruntite (au un gust de nuca) si cativa fulgi de drojdie inactiva.

E o salata foarte satioasa si hranitoare.


Vegan Milkshake -tasty and nutritious

Because I know it is important for vegans to consume more berries, cocoa, flax-seeds, nutritional yeast, calcium, fruits, seeds, I tried to mix them all in a single drink :) So, for 3 servings I used 250 ml of rice milk, 1 banana, a few dried cranberries, 100 g of different berries, cinnamon, 1 Tbs of nutritional yeast, 1 Tbs of flax seeds, 1 tbs of cocoa powder and a mix of 4 seeds (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin and flax). I mixed them till the ingredients became creamy.

This one is rich in calcium (the fortified milk, the sesame seeds), omega-3 (flax seeds), lots of anti-oxidants in the berries, B vitamins in the nutritional yeast, iron in the cocoa powder and omega-3 and omega-6 in the mix of seeds.
